Hammrly is a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system designed specifically for real estate businesses in Pakistan. The Service includes:

- Lead and customer relationship management
- Booking and payment tracking
- Document and media management
- Reporting and analytics features
- Other features as described in our documentation
3. Account Registration and Security
To use Hammrly, you must:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
4. Subscription and Payment
Our Service is provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
- Payments are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice
- Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
5. Use of Service
You agree to use Hammrly only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written permission
- Use the Service to store or transmit infringing, libelous, or otherwise unlawful material
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of Hammrly is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to:

- Data processing in accordance with applicable data protection laws

8. Service Availability

- That the Service will meet all your requirements
- That defects will be corrected
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Hammrly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not responsible for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the Service:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
- Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease
- We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

14. Severability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hammrly regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
